Product warranty: the supplier shall provide a suitable warranty for the products delivered, in accordance with statute, for a period of 24 months commencing on the date of delivery of the goods.

The warranty shall apply provided that the customer files a formal complaint no later than 60 days from the date on which a defect was detected in the product ordered.

Any costs incurred in returning products which are defective or not as ordered shall be borne by the supplier, who shall supply a replacement item.

Should the same item no longer be available, it may be replaced with another item of the same value; alternatively, the supplier shall arrange to refund the amount of money paid, including delivery charges.

Complaints: any complaints from customers may be sent to the following email address: [email protected]. Complaints shall be handled by the dedicated “customer care service”, with office located at Via Oslavia 54, Foligno (PG), email [email protected].

Disputes: in the event of a dispute, the competent Court shall be the Court of the place of domicile or residence of the consumer, or else, in case of an action brought by the consumer,  the Court of Perugia (ITALY), where the supplier is based, at the option of the consumer.

Collection of personal data: all personal data provided by the customer shall be used solely to process the order and shall not be disclosed to third parties. The contract shall be filed under the “My Account” section of the website, which customers can access at any time by typing the password chosen by them when filling in the order form.
