In accordance with the new EU Directive of 23 June 2011 for the protection of online purchasers, the consumer shall have a period of fourteen days from the time of delivery of the goods to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason whatsoever, and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in the following paragraphs.

Obligations of the customer if he exercises the right of withdrawal: The goods shall be returned without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days of the date on which the customer informed the supplier of his decision to withdraw from the contract.

The customer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer. Such costs may vary according to the place of residence of the recipient, and therefore cannot be set in advance. The goods shall be returned to the following address: WearableItalia s.r.l. Via Oslavia 54 Foligno 06034 (PG) ITALY.

 

The customer shall accept all risks connected with the shipment of the returned goods. The supplier shall not be held liable for any loss of the goods or for shipment to the wrong address.

Obligations of the supplier if the customer exercises his right of withdrawal: The supplier shall return all payments received from the customer, including delivery charges, without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days of the date on which he was informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract, using the same means of payment as were used by the customer for the initial transaction.

The supplier shall not be liable to refund any additional costs, should the customer have expressly chosen a different type of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the supplier.

The supplier shall withhold the refund until he has received the returned goods and has ascertained that they are intact.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal: Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal by completing the form which can be downloaded in the section headed “Form for the exercise of the right of withdrawal” at the bottom of this page. The supplier shall inform the customer without delay that he has received the notification of withdrawal by sending him an email to the address provided by the customer.
